Northstar, GTECH Win Illinois Lottery Contract

It’s official. Illinois Governor Quinn announced that the contract to run the Illinois state lottery will go to Northstar Lottery Group.  Northstar will manage Illinois’s $2 billion dollar a year lottery and the state hopes the firm can increase sales and revenue.
