Harrisburg Named the Lottery Capital of Pennsylvania
Harrisburg has just been named the lottery capital of Pennsylvania. According to a study conducted by the lottery information website LuckyLotto, Harrisburg has more lottery terminals per capita than any other city in Pennsylvania.
