S.C. Lottery Director Says Little Prospect of Increased Lottery Sales

According to the director of South Carolina’s education lottery sales have maxed out at $1.1 billion and an increase in lottery ticket sales is “not possible.” Even so the number of lottery funded scholarships continues to grow.
